3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments: All services and products are priced in USD. Full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

Rescheduling: For 1:1 coaching, 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session.

6. Group Coaching & Community Guidelines

By joining any group program, live class, or private online community (including course comment threads, group calls, or Voxer/WhatsApp/Telegram groups), you agree to:

Confidentiality: What is shared in group spaces stays in group spaces.
Respect: Show compassion, listen actively, and refrain from judgment.
No Promotion: Do not sell, promote, or pitch your services unless given explicit permission.
Responsibility: You are responsible for your own emotional and mental well-being while participating.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines or disrespects the integrity of the space.
